Susan: investigating license alerts.  Has reported issue to SS re: date triggered license alerts not working as expected.  Colleen reports that status change alerts do seem to work.

Not much flexibility in alerts based on material type, selector, etc...

-          Consortial – update on the sandbox - Joyce/Jesse speaking with Scott from SS on Monday to confirm set-up.  Will get a time estimate then.

-          Callisto – where are we now? - Joyce checking with Bob for Columbia update.  Cornell's order received. 

-          Discussion topics:

• License entry – a phased approach – Phase 1 -  to enter just the minimal information into Cornell’s RM to be ready for going live with public interfaces quickly.  Phase 2 – the long view project to get all of our licenses entered in detail.  
  • Phase 1 planning will be handled at Cornell, with possible data entry provided by Columbia. Liisa (lead).

• • Appoint a license group for phase 2 (timeline ALA annual for initial decisions and plan):  2CUL planning for ongoing license entry - Bill, Liisa, Susan, Colleen - To look at terms available in RM license records, what should we enter as phase 2, "full" license entry process.  Evaluate pros/cons of entering licenses at consortial vs. local.  ***Bill will ask Laurie Stevens to schedule an initial call.
