Move hosting of Physic's FileMakerPro server to A&S. (As has been done successfully in CCB, as a point of reference.)

Process

Done: Change the FMPro's address to a cname rather than just an IP number.
On-going: Changing staff computers so they point to the cname rather than to an IP number.
On-going: identify who is using the FMPro server.
When cut-over made, any remaining computers not able to access the FMPro server will be changed as soon as PhysIT hears about it.
