Zsuzsa -  One thought about the "post" survey: some benefits might not be related to learning specific skills – I don't know, like team building, for example.  Would you want to get at those?  How about knowing if they thought it was worth the time?  I might learn two new tricks but feel it was a waste of a full day, that I could've picked those up in an hour of reading???  Just a thought.  I like those very specific questions about follow-up.
