updates:

• CJ Lance and Shirley workin on budget for catering immersion.  (event will be in Mann 160)
• talking to immersion faculty on April 26.  Questions we have for them:  reading stuff ahead; prepartion for them; time to read materials
  

Surveys for Pre and Post Immersion

• • we worked more on refining the questions for both surveys. 
  • Gaby to transfer questions to Qualtrics.
  • Goal of surveys:   to give general backround on participants to Immersion faculty and also for us to understand expectations about immersion and future work; also measure self-perceived gains on participating in immersion.
