Post Immersion

1. if undergoing Immersion is supposed to make someone a "better" instructor, what results can we expect to see? How do we measure those results?
2. if we have the majority of our instructors participating in a single program dedicated to improving the quality of teaching, what can we measure to demonstrate whether the program made a difference?  (Gaby's comments here:  mostly reflective statements about attitudinal changes; obtaining ideas on how they intend to apply what they learned - ie, concrete ideas on where/what they can change in their teaching)
3. Do we need IRB exemption?  (Gaby: no. this is self-improvement and training)
