Jaron presented the ACRL Immersion program to the Library Director's meeting and they were in favor and approved funding ($25K). However there was a proposal to change the dates from may 7-10 to May 21-24 (senior week). The ACRL group is checking schedules.
Mary Ochs is interested in having group of 8 Indian fellows attending Cornell Imersion during their fellowship time. If there are openings the group is fine with that.

* Draft emails to CU-LIB (pre-announcement/Save the Date-what Immersion is, what's in it for them, date and program are coming; registration email; reminders)
* See how many people sign up and report to directors (64 potential? \~45 participants?)

* Schedule (outcomes; correspondence with Immersion faculty; timing)
* Budget ($22K licensing fee including travel, lodging, supplies; \~3K for catering)
