AguaClara Club Meeting Minutes

I. Events

1. Tabling on Ho Plaza to sell an "AguaClara" brand water bottle from store. Also ask for and collect donations.
2. Arranging for a percent of proceeds from a local eatery being donated to AguaClara. Possible venues include The Nines and Green Cafe.
   Person-In-Charge: Vanish (Get in contact with the Nines and get it started.)
3. Organizing a Honduran-themed dinner with speakers and demos in the Spring Semester. Needs SAFC funding.
   Person-In-Charge: David.
4. Benefits Concert
   Person-In-Charge: Not decided if we will do this yet
5. AguaClara T-Shirt
   a. Monroe has extras and we can order some new shirts but not sure how profitable it would be.
6. Take Back the Tap Event, suggested by KC Alvey

• Good chance to get to know other clubs in the Sustainability Hub

• Social Event to volunteer for community

II. Vanish gave introduction to using the AguaClara Project Wiki to the club members.
