Update miscellaneous wiki pages that give current statistics and information about the project, i.e. the About AguaClara and Technology Overview pages

• These pages often contain info about where we have plants operating and what stage of construction new plants are in. These statistics change regularly.

Update "common" wiki pages used by team members that give current information about team structure, i.e. the Research and Design pages.

• These pages contain info about which sub-teams are operational each semester and some general comments on what work the teams are focusing on

Move last semester's team member list to become a child page of the Team Roster and Alumni page, and move the completed assignments page and syllabus page to become children of the archive page. Create new versions of these pages for the next semester.

Update the assignments page to contain the correct dates and links for the next semester.

Update the links on the assignments page so that all the assignments are properly described, and the correct syllabus, team member list, etc are linked to. These links have to be updated by the beginning of each semester so they link to the new syllabus and roster.

Update the Detailed task list page so that the link for challenges goes to the current semester's challenges page.
