SourceForge Access

Give all new team members access to their respective SourceForge folders. To do this follow the instructions below

• Follow this link to the SourceForge: https://forge.cornell.edu/sf/sfmain/do/home
• Sign in under the External Users section of the Log In
• Click on the Projects tab at the top of the page
• Click ENGR - AguaClara
• Click on the Project Admin tab at the top of the page

To give access permissions to new members:

• Click on the User Membership link on the side of the page
• Click "Add" at the bottom of the screen
• Type in the NetID of the new member
• Click "Find"
• Check off the appropriate permissions for that member

To change the access permissions of a current member:

• Click on the Permissions link on the side of the page
• Click on the User-Role Matrix Tab
• Put a check mark in the box that will the necessary access to any AguaClara member
• Click the save button at the bottom of the screen
