We discussed the implications of the Paul Pollak meeting on our outreach strategy. We decided that it made sense to proceed  with the grant model for now.

Seth will get the brochure to Jessica Traynor

Elena C will be in charge of wiki updating from Carol and John as well as checking the cuagauclara email account.

Peter will start working on the hallway poster

Elena B is in charge of speakers

Seth will follow up on the links from Larry Harrington

Elena C is working on Reunion... seth is working on trustee council

Elana C and Peter will come up with a better logo.

Elena C is in charge of the business packet.. Seth and SEA will help
