Text to request new page for in-coming faculty, before their appointment

VIVO,

I have a request to establish VIVO pages for two faculty members who have accepted positions in Chemistry. This would be before their official appointment dates, as we’ve arranged in the past. The two in-coming faculty members are:

Full Name <NetID> <Empl.ID>
(...)

I would appreciate it if this could be accomplished by the end of next week. Please let me know if that can’t happen- thank you. Or if you have any questions about this request.

They both need VIVO pages because that data feeds the Chemistry web site’s individual faculty pages. They need their individual faculty pages ASAP because they are recruiting graduate students into their groups (for the fall) and students start visiting campus this coming Feb 20th (for the full weekend) and the following weekend.

As you can see, we have obtained NetIDs for them. One reason is so that we could get VIVO pages created for them. We are sponsoring these two NetIDs until they become appointed July 1st.
