Prioritize who gets to go on the Honduras trip in January 2009

  • Create google doc survey for Honduras trip that duplicates the information in last year's survey
  • Send the survey to everyone in CEE 2550/4540/4550
  • Rank students based on participation in AguaClara to date and future opportunity to participate in an AguaClara trip.
  • Send the list of students who made the cut by the October 1.

Honduras trip logistics

  • arrange for bus transport to airport
  • arrange for van rental in Honduras

Outreach

  • Coordinate replacement of the poster by the admissions office
  • Coordinate creation of a brochure that can be used for fundraising/recruiting
  • Pursue corporate sponsorship of water treatment plant construction or of the CEE AguaClara M. Eng. program
  • Access whether there is a demand for AguaClara Tee shirts and if interest is high enough, organize the design and printing of the shirts
