USAID is involved in projects worldwide. They are a governmental organization. There is a lot more information than this available. Also I moved this page to NGOs even though it is not an NGO because it is similar to the NGOs listed.

They did not specify which region they were referring to. I don't think we could get funding from them.
This evaluation of USAID needs much more future work, it is not thoroughly researched yet.
