  • Obtain a current list of these folks at the start of each semester from Physics Admin. These folks come and go, apparently.
    • Data point: 12/1/16: Craig stated Jim and Dave renewed for next year. And no new ones.
  • Usually they only need to know how to connect their personal laptop to a printer or two in Physics.
  • Since they are not nominally in charge of a course (even though PhD's and senior staff), they cannot be classified as "Lecturers". As of 3/2/16, John Miner stated they are not added to Physic's people directory.
