Examples: ° People with jobs in the IT community who do Blackboard support. ° Students who subscribe to ResNet. ° Everyone who is a registered user of RedRover. ° Faculty who need technology training. ° Administrative people who manage department or college finances and need to understand CIT rates and fees.
