Current Status of Data on LDP Production and LDP Test reporting databases:

LDP Production reporting database

2/10/25: Following the update to the FOLIO application server over this past weekend, the LDP reporting database was temporarily disconnected from the FOLIO server for its data transfers. Once the update was applied, the LDP was reconnected to the FOLIO server to resume its nightly data transfers. The LDP now has accurate data from FOLIO and is serving as our temporary production reporting database for FOLIO reporting. It is fine to use the LDP for FOLIO reporting.

Metadb Production reporting database

2/10/25: The Metadb reporting database was also updated over the weekend, and the data resynchronization process with the FOLIO application server has been started by our hosting team. The Metadb reporting database will not have accurate data until the resynchronization process is completed. We expect resynchronization to be completed by the end of this week (Friday, February 14), but this is an estimate. You may use the Metadb reporting database this week, but keep in mind that the data in your results will not be accurate until the data resynchronization process is completed. We will keep you posted on the status of the resynchronization process.

  • FOLIO data in Metadb is current and accurate, with the exception of the folio_source_record.marc__t, which has multiple srs_ids caused by an unknown error. A fixed copy of the marc__t table is available in local_derived.marc__t. 
  • CUL is running Metadb version 1.3.9 with FOLIO Analytics version 1.8
  • Metadb is running on an AWS RDS (non-Azure) server with PostgreSQL version 16.8
  • The Metadb reporting database is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Current Status of CloudBeaver AWS:

  • CloudBeaver AWS is up and running. CloudBeaver AWS is available every day from 7am to 6pm ET.
  • CloudBeaver AWS is a web-based reporting application that  CUL Staff use for FOLIO reporting with the Metadb reporting database. 
  • CUL is running version 26.0 of the CloudBeaver AWS software
