Team: Outreach

1. Weekly Update of minutes, and calendar
2. Created Thank you letters and sent them out to the list of past donors.
3. Helped Advertise for Nines Fundraising Concert. Quatercarding
4. Presented Debbie Cowell's Besides updating different parts of the wiki, As a member of the outreach team I was responsible for some of the weekly upkeep work such as updating the weekly minutes and google calendar with new information. I created thank you letters to be sent out to past donors. The thank you letters emphasized the completion of the Agalteca plant. I also helped to advertise for the Nines fundraising concert by handing out quarter cards on Ho Plaza. In order to help spread the word about AguaClara I presented to Debbie Cowell's high school class at the Lehman Alternative Learning Community School. 5. Wiki Updates
