Ken Goldman is the former chief financial officer of Yahoo!. In this role, he is responsible for Yahoo! ’s global finance functions including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Most recently, he was CFO of Fortinet. He and now president
of Hillspire, a family office. He was previously CFO of Fortinet. He also
served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial
officer of Siebel Systems, Inc., Excite@Home Corporation and Excite@Home Corporation and Sybase, Inc. He currently
He currently serves on the board of directors of Gigamon, of directors of NXP Semiconductor, Yahoo! Japan, Trinet,
GoPro, Inc. and , SASB and several private companies. Mr. Goldman Goldman was a member of
board of trustees of Cornell University from 2005 to 2013 and was designated
as Emeritus Trusteeemeritus trustee. He was formerly a member of the Treasury Advisory
Committee on the Auditing Profession , a public committee that made recommendations in September 2008 to encourage a more sustainable auditing profession. Mr. Goldman and was appointed a member of
the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s Standing Advisory
Group (“SAG”), commencing on January 1, 2015. Mr. Goldman . Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering electrical engineering from Cornell
University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
