Team: Outreach
1. Weekly Update of minutes, and calendar
2. Created/Altered Thank Besides updating different parts of the wiki, As a member of the outreach team I was responsible for some of the weekly upkeep work such as updating the weekly minutes and google calendar with new information. I created thank you letters to be sent out to recent past donors.
3. Helped Advertise for Nines Fundraising Concert
4. Contacted teacher to set up date to present to High school Class at LACSThe thank you letters emphasized the completion of the Agalteca plant. I also helped to advertise for the Nines fundraising concert by handing out quarter cards on Ho Plaza. In order to help spread the word about AguaClara I presented to Debbie Cowell's high school class at the Lehman Alternative Learning Community School.
