Ken Goldman is the former chief financial officer of Yahoo! . In this role, he is responsible for Yahoo!’s global finance functions including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Most recently, he was and now president
of Hillspire, a family office. He was previously CFO of Fortinet. He also
served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial
officer of Siebel Systems, Inc. and , Excite@Home Corporation and Sybase, Inc. Goldman was named among “America’s 15 Most Connected Capitalists” for 2010 by Forbes magazine and
He currently serves on the board of directors of Yahoo! Japan, NXP Semiconductor, Gigamon, , Trinet,
GoPro, Inc., SASB and several private companies. He Goldman was formerly a member of the
board of trustees of Cornell University from 2005 to 2013 and was designated
as emeritus trustee. He was formerly a member of the Treasury Advisory
Committee on the Auditing Profession . He also previously served on the FASB’s primary advisory group, the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council. Mr. Goldman was named among “America’s 15 Most Connected Capitalists” for 2010 by Forbes magazine and currently serves on the board of directors of Yahoo Japan, NXP Semiconductor, Gigamon, GoPro and several private companies.and was appointed a member of
the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s Standing Advisory
Group (“SAG”). Goldman holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell
University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
