Current Status of Availability of the Metadb reporting database:

  • The Metadb Production reporting database is functioning normally and is available for running reports and dashboards. 
  • FOLIO data in Metadb is current and accurate, with the exception of the folio_source_record.marc__t, which has multiple srs_ids caused by an unknown error. A fixed copy of the marc__t table is available in local_derived.marc__t. 
  • CUL is running Metadb version 1.3.9 with FOLIO Analytics version 1.8
  • Metadb is running on an AWS RDS (non-Azure) server with PostgreSQL version 16.8
  • The Metadb reporting database is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Current Status of CloudBeaver AWS:

  • CloudBeaver AWS is up and running. CloudBeaver AWS is available every day from 7am to 6pm ET.
  • CloudBeaver AWS is a web-based reporting application that  CUL Staff use for FOLIO reporting with the Metadb reporting database. 
  • CUL is running version 26.0 of the CloudBeaver AWS software.






 

The LDP Production and LDP Test reporting databases are available for reporting.

Local Schema users please note:

In preparation for updates to the LDP Production instance this weekend, our hosting service team copied the data tables in these Local Schemas on the LDP Production reporting database early in the morning on Friday, October 28. Please note that changes made to the data in these schemas today, Friday October 28, will not be carried over to the upgraded LDP Production instance. If you create any new tables in these schemas today, please back them up before 5pm so you can restore them next week. Normal access to these schemas and the data tables in them in the LDP Production reporting database will return by Monday, October 31.

The data tables in the 2 remaining local schemas will be copied and moved to the new LDP Production reporting database gradually over the next few days, due to their large size. Normal access to these schemas and the data tables in them in the LDP Production reporting database will return by Tuesday, November 1.

Current Status of Production and Test reporting databases:

  • LDP Production reporting database - 

    Nightly LDP Production reporting database data transfers from the FOLIO Production application server are stable. Data accuracy and currency is expected for all reports run with reporting applications such as DBeaver, for all automated report downloads, and for all Tableau dashboards using LDP data.
