1. We discussed the 2CUL MOU and Alma. It seems to us that this document changes the assumption that we assume integration. We It suggests that we should now pursue opportunities only where they are beneficial.

3. We discussed an ordering pilot project and reasons for it not working out as planned. There is a sense that TSI is operating with an "invisible fence." There was a suggestion to use this pilot as a test of the statement of work to probe where boundaries are.
4. Given the new environment, we questioned the role of JSMIN and whether it is redundant with TSI Steering. Without integration we have projects so we are strongly considering a hiatus for TSI Steering, at least until more is known about our work with the Alma Implementation Team. There is a sense that Alma may make things happen for us.
