As of August 2012, LCPS 6.27.3 has changed its treatment of access points for compilations containing an original expression of a work and one or more translations of the work.

When the original expression and one translation are in a compilation, give an analytical authorized access point for each expression. If a compilation contains the original expression and more than one translation, give analytical authorized access points for the original expression and at least one translation."Note that under RDA, a 240 in this situation is not an option.”
