The is the main vehicle for capturing the Application inventory as well as information about each specific application, this is a linked series of spreadsheets contained in a single workbook.data about the Unit's application inventory, as well as individual applications. It serves as the Data of Record for ASI. The Guidelines document explains, line by line, how to fill out the spreadsheet.

The Interview Notes sheet and BV and Cost Score sheets are for use in interview situations where the interviewer chooses to capture data in written format; information captured there should be transferred to the Inventory Database for your unit.
