•    Information: reference, hyperlocal apps, campus security SMS
•    Participation: polling
•    Learning: formal class and complementary materials (LMS and ebooks---no value added except access)
o    Think beyond straight replication to learning accompaniment (Design for 3Rs: review, refresh, reinforce; provide material that addresses specific gaps)
o    Context of environment, topic, learner (microteachable moments)
o    Universal design (doesn't matter where they are)
o    Design: reformat existing; storybord and archive;
o    Mobl21: Free, individual student & teacher, midlevel, and enterprise; Has desktop widget and iPhone/Touch app now; working on Facebook, Google, Android, Flash Lite;  Works on and offline and syncs

Support issues: screen size too small, some basic standardization necessary
