Current Status of Availability of the Metadb reporting database:

LDP Production reporting database up and available

Status of Production and Test reporting databases:

LDP Production reporting database - We are pleased to let you know that the LDP
• Production reporting database is
up
• functioning normally and
available again. Feel free to run reports. We have manually refreshed Tableau dashboards and Automated Reports for Accounting and Selectors as well so you can use them again. They should be up to date with the latest data from LDP Production (records from 9/8/22). 

• LDP Test - The test system is down temporarily

LDP Software versions:

There are 3 Components of the LDP Software, each with separate release schedules: LDP, ldpmarc, and folio-analytics.

  • ldp: 1.7.0
  • ldpmarc: v1.5.0
  • folio-analytics: 1.3.0

• is available for running reports and dashboards. 
• FOLIO data in Metadb is current and accurate, with the exception of the folio_source_record.marc__t, which has multiple srs_ids caused by an unknown error. A fixed copy of the marc__t table is available in local_derived.marc__t. 
• CUL is running Metadb version 1.3.9 with FOLIO Analytics version 1.8
• Metadb is running on an AWS RDS (non-Azure) server with PostgreSQL version 16.8
• The Metadb reporting database is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Current Status of CloudBeaver AWS:

• CloudBeaver AWS is up and running. CloudBeaver AWS is available every day from 7am to 6pm ET.
• CloudBeaver AWS is a web-based reporting application that  CUL Staff use for FOLIO reporting with the Metadb reporting database. 
• CUL is running version 26.0 of the CloudBeaver AWS software.
