Images: Must be be in .tif format and not bigger than 175 MB.
Filenames: Do not use spaces, periods, or periods special characters in filenames. It may be helpful to devise a naming scheme which is consistent.
Metadata: As you scan images, document the EXACT filename and original map Bib ID in a spreadsheet.
