Current Status of Availability of the Metadb reporting database:

The Metadb Production reporting database is functioning normally and is available for running reports and dashboards.
FOLIO data in Metadb is current and accurate, with the exception of the folio_source_record.marc__t, which has multiple srs_ids caused by an unknown error. A fixed copy of the marc__t table is available in local_derived.marc__t.
CUL is running Metadb version 1.3.9 with FOLIO Analytics version 1.8
Metadb is running on an AWS RDS (non-Azure) server with PostgreSQL version 16.8
The Metadb reporting database is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CloudBeaver AWS is up and running. CloudBeaver AWS is available every day from 7am to 6pm ET.
CloudBeaver AWS is a web-based reporting application that CUL Staff use for FOLIO reporting with the Metadb reporting database.
CUL is running version 26.0 of the CloudBeaver AWS software.

LDP Production reporting database -
Our hosting service provider has deployed a working solution that the reporting team has just finished testing and verifying in our LDP Production reporting database. Data in LDP Production are now getting updated accurately during the overnight data transfer from the FOLIO Production application system. It is okay for reporting users to run LDP Production reports using DBeaver at this time.
We are still testing and updating our Tableau dashboards and automated reports to accommodate recent LDP software updates. We will let you know as soon as they are ready to use again.

LDP Test - The data are also out of date on LDP Test. Once the solution for LDP Prod is applied, the same solution will be applied to LDP Test.

There are 3 Components of the LDP Software, each with separate release schedules: LDP, ldpmarc, and folio-analytics.
