Use your DOC account at:
- https://manage.ad.cornell.edu/
- Click on Directory Management.

- Path is: Active Directory => cornell.edu => DelegatedObjects
Or: Install Quest on Windows (licensed at Cornell), configure it, and manage AD using that tool.
OR: Use MS's generic tool
Use MS's AD tool, which can just run on Windows without run-as Admin or doing an install:
