Confirm we like solution from 9/6/13. If we do:

Kelly and Oliver need to work out a workflow so that the PDF can be updated in a timely manner. And this must be documented at our wiki.
Nothing worse than having that data not match the web data!
Also, Kelly can provide Oliver the past semesters/ years of PDFs since planning for events is informed by past events.
