I am merging May's sedimentation tank code and the current sedimentation tank code to form a cohesive code. I am also adding more support structures, ensuring the inlet manifold enters at 90 degrees, and altering the emergency drainage pipe code.

I am updating the documentation associated with the sedimentation tank design. This entails creating diagrams to display the design parameters of the tank and formatting the tank's section to make it easier to read.
