Previously, with the A&S service, you would connect via ftp to the server with a username and password and have access to make changes. CIT's CIT’s Web Hosting service uses the WebDAV protocol to access the files.

- To connect from Windows: You can use the "Map “Map a Network Drive" Drive” feature in My Computer
- To connect from Mac: You can use the "Connect “Connect to Server" Server” feature under the "Go" “Go” menu
- To connect from Dreamweaver: Under "Manage Sites"“Manage Sites”, provide WebDAV information and add your group name to the end.

Faculty have designated people in their Research Group as authorized to make changes to their respective website. CRCF ChemIT maintains the authorization lists for each web site.
