Currently I am working on I wrote the LFOM algorithm in MathCAD. I am in the process of writing a new algorithm that will approximate a line by minimizing the Mean Square Error of flow checked at each level. algortithm that is currently in use.  The algorithm picks how many orifices should be in each row by minimizing total mean squared error.  Additionally, the algorithm calculates the minimal diameter of the LFOM using the Stout Weir to estimate flow.
