Lotus Hot Fix #2 upgrade schedule:

  • August 1st, 2022 - Snapshot of Cornell's prod database created
  • August 1st - 3rd 2022 - The snapshot will be used to upgrade the Training and Test environments
  • August 3rd - 4th 2022 - Test and Training will be tested for issues.
  • August 12th 2022 at 6:00PM - Cornell Prod will be upgraded; FOLIO and the public OPAC will be unavailable until completed
  • August 15th, 2022 : LDP Prod will be upgraded

Eureka is a new branch of FOLIO that replaces the OKAPI module and the in house developed Authorization and Authentication systems with Kong and KeyCloak.  Training has been moved to this platform to allow for evaluation prior to a potential release to production.  Because of the change to KeyCloak there may be issues with permissions until the Security Subcommittee has time to evaluate the new permissions structure and update the permission sets.
