Note 1: For all bulk import into the production database, owning library = cuAnchor Notes Notes
Note 2: Bulk import for the LC Resource File is done through the RD SysAdmin (owning library = resourcedb) If you click on the "Item Information" tab in Sys Admin, you can check the "Number all copies" radio button and enter "1" in the following field to automatically enter copy number "1" in records created.
Note 3: Check "Batch OPAC Suppress" box under "Rules" tab
Note 4: Choose "MARC Character Set Mapping" based on individual project
Note 5: NetLibrary1 and NetLibrary2 represent similar bulk import profiles, though their rules have sometimes varied.
Note 6: Choose default mapping location based on individual project
Note 7: Check "Leave OPAC Suppress Unchanged for Replaced and Merged Records" box under "Rules" tab.
Note 8: For codes in the "Mapping" column, "None" means that no holdings are created. For those marked "Non-LC," the location is taken from the 952$b and the textual call number is taken from the 952$h. For those marked "LC," the location is taken from the 952$b and the call number is taken from the 050$a and $b.
Note 9: Copies 852 $b, $k, $h, $i and $m to the MFHD.
