Update on

  • See Nick's note and questions in comments on previous meeting
 
  • LibAuth applied to both individual and group rooms and seems to be working well for students
  • user-b509a will take new group room photos
  • Potential issues
    • Sign across from help desk shows Voyager study room availability; needs fixing (cul-it/circ-display#43)
    • Confusing on main Mann library page that group rooms are listed separately while individual rooms are listed in a block
    • Only issue that's arisen so far is patron who needed room immediately for phone call and all were taken (possibly short term room might help? check to see how often this is a problem once people get used to new rules)
