This semester's goal is to determine the reason why the flocs are rising to the surface of the sedimentation tanks and find a solution to this issue.
Methods:
-Liturature searches online
-Journals
-talking with plant opperators
-coordinating with John and Tamar
-consulting Chris B from the CU water plant

There will be a reevaluation of methods if nothing substantial is found before October.
