    • If the item is in a preservation box or has loose items such as newspaper clippings inside the cover, count the pieces (INCLUDING the box) and enter the number in the Number of Pieces field.
  2. If  If no item record has yet been created, create one and affix the barcode to the first leaf of the bookSend the item to Annex Library
  3. Insert orange Annex flyer in item   
  4.  Place the item on the Annex book truck in the Physical Processing area.
