  1. Identify the second and subsequent titles on the film. For each title:
    1. Follow the above instructions for creating or locating Instance, Holdings, and Item records for the second and subsequent titles.
    2. Like printed bound-with resources, the public Holdings notes should contain the barcode on the main film in one note (with type Bound with item data), and a reference to the first title on the film in the second note,  unless it was cataloged using the ordinal method (see examples below).
    3. The Item records of the child should have empty barcode fields, and the Enumeration field should show "Filmed With:".
    4. The call numbers should be the same for all titles, with the possible exception of position numbers at the end.

Examples:

Basic Filmed-with: The first illustration shows the Holdings notes of a second-or-subsequent thesis title, that is filmed with other theses on the reel.  The Holdings Note cites the first title on the film, with the Bound with item data note containing the barcode on the film box. The second illustration shows the common call number for all titles on the reel, as well as the empty barcode field and the Filmed with: note in the Enumeration field:
