  • The Holdings record of the 3-volume set shows the same call number as the serial record, with the issue number at the end (the same for all 3 volumes).
    • It also shows the "Also cataloged as part of..." note, and the Bound with item data notes, showing the corresponding barcodes for the monographic volume records, as found in the item records for the Serial.
    • Because v.1 of this 3-volume set is physically bound with another analyzed serial, the Holdings has an extra note referring to the first title in the piece, just like a standard Bound-with resource.
    • The Item Record also shows the "Bound-With" information corresponding to the monographic volumes in the Enumeration field.
  • NOTE: In this example, it was NOT necessary to set up a Holdings statement with the "volume=issue number" sequences, because all 3 volumes comprise the same issue (no. 202) of the serial.
