• Background info:  Barb Finlay is delivering the Gibson Lecture on Friday 18 April at 3:00 pm.  The evening before, there will be a Gibson Seminar and catered dinner starting at 5:00 pm on April 17 in Uris 204.  In traditional BBS style, the focus is on grad students, but all can attend.  If you intend to go to the April 17th evening dinner seminar, please RSVP at this link, ideally by this Friday 11 April.  The official announcement should be posted/emailed out soon.  
• At the evening Gibson Seminar, two of Barb's papers will be discussed, and we'll delve into broader issues of theory, data, and comparative work with her.  We at the CNS JC would like to read the same papers, a couple days ahead, in order to get into them early and hence improve the quality of our discussions with Barb on Thursday.  So, we will discuss both of them in CNS JC on April 15.  Here they are:
