A. ASpace – complete before the FOLIO component

B. FOLIO – complete after the ASpace component 

  • Make sure you select the “Inventory” tab at the top 
  • Top containers in FOLIO are called “items” and deleting them depends on which holdings they are linked to.
  • You should only delete items under the RMC holdings. DO NOT delete items under the RMC Annex holdings – you need to coordinate with the Annex to do this so they can also remove it from CaiaSoft first. FOLIO will be automatically updated.
