Microsoft Office is installed on all CNF Computing Windows workstations. The version of Office installed does not require an Office365 login. However, you must have an appropriate Office365 license from Microsoft through Cornell University, your home institution or business, or peronsally to legally use Office applications installed on the Windows desktop. Future versions of Office may begin to require logins to access applications.

If you are a Cornell faculty, staff, or student, you will have an Office365 login to go along with your Cornell NetID. You can sign into your Office365 account from the installed MS Office applications.
