Proposals should be submitted to the Access Services Team via the Director, Access Services or another member of that group. AST’s roster can be found on its Confluence page.

Creation of new service points

Once the new service point is approved, it can be created by anyone with an Access Services Administrator permissions set. Prior to doing so, they should consult with Library Annex Supervisor regarding a timeline, since updates may need to be made to Caiasoft, the Annex’s inventory management system.
