Step by step

  1. Make sure you’re effectively/safely wearing all protective gear for glass bubbles. Do work in paint booth.
  2. Mix epoxy and hardener first.
  3. There should be a small cup in the glass bubbles tub. Start by adding a full cup of glass bubbles to your mixture. Make sure to mix gently to minimize the glass bubbles from flying up out of the resin cup and into the surrounding air. Continue adding glass bubbles until the mixture is thick and more of a white color.
  4. Apply mixture to bonding surfaces of plug.
  5. Clamp both sides of the plug together or weigh it down to ensure that the plug cures properly.
