JIRA: Much of the FOLIO wiki is open to everyone to view, but for closed restricted sections you'll need a JIRA account.  There's a link for signing up here: https://issues.folio.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa .  When you log into JIRA you'll need to use your username, not your email address.   The JIRA account gives you access to https://wiki.folio.org/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=FTC&title=Bug+Fest+Q3+2020+Honeysuckle, containing important instructions regarding Bug Fest.  When you log into JIRA you'll need to use your username, not your email address.
