No electronic resource records of any kind are being submitted to CONSER. In other rare circumstances, a cataloger may decide not to contribute a Cornell original record to CONSER; for example, when a title that is "really" a monographic series is cataloged as a serial. The cataloger should consult with Sarah Ross Laura Wright if there is any doubt about a particular item's suitability for CONSER.
