Input: spreadsheet of BIBs and Delivery System identifier
Output: BIBs get 899 code
- DCAPS hands spreadsheet of BibID and delivery system identifier to user-0b855 to hand over to batchBatch representative
- Batch creates places an 899 code on the records
- Batch notifies DCAPS of user-0b855 which 899 code was used
