  • user-0b855 passes along to appropriate Batch Processing representative
  • Batch processing creates eBibs and notifies user-0b855 when they are complete

2. Digitized items need 899 code

Scenario: DCAPS has digitized items and would like the catalog record to note that these items have been digitized

Input: spreadsheet of BIBs and Delivery System identifier

Output: BIBs get 899 code

  • DCAPS hands spreadsheet of BibID and delivery system identifier to user-0b855 to hand over to batchBatch representative
  • Batch creates places an 899 code on the records
  • Batch notifies DCAPS of user-0b855 which 899 code was used

Input: spreadsheet of BIBs and collection name

Output: BIBs get 899 code

  • DCAPS give user-0b855 spreadsheet for handoff to appropriate Batch representative
  • Batch places an 899 code on the records
  • Batch notifies user-0b855 which 899 code was used
  • hands batch list of Bibs
  • 899 code gets put on record
  • batch notifies DCAPS of 899 code
