Ken Goldman is the former chief financial officer of Yahoo!. In this role, he is responsible
for Yahoo! ’s global finance functions including financial planning and
analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Most recently, he
was and now president
of Hillspire, a family office. He was previously CFO of Fortinet. He also
served as senior vice president, finance and administration,
and chief financial
officer of Siebel Systems, Inc. and , Excite@Home
Corporation and Sybase, Inc.
He currently serves on the board of directors
of NXP Semiconductor, Yahoo!
Japan, Trinet, GoPro, Inc. and several private
companies. Goldman was a
member of board of trustees of Cornell University
from 2005 to 2013 and was
designated as Emeritus Trusteeemeritus trustee. He was formerly
a member of the Treasury
Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession
and was appointed a member
of the Public Company Accounting Oversight
Board’s Standing Advisory
Group (“SAG”). Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering electrical engineering from Cornell
University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business
School.
