Land-line telephones in LTS are intended primarily for business purposes. Aside from unavoidable or emergency situations, the use of these phones for other purposes should be kept to a minimum. Also, please be considerate of those around you by speaking in a quiet or moderate tone when using these phones.
For long-distance calls, use pre-paid calling cards or credit cards for the land-line phones. If you need to make long-distance calls as part of your job, please speak to your supervisor about an authorization code for these calls. Do not dial direct!
Personal Cell PhonesAnchor A2 A2
Please use your own phone to make and receive personal calls on your own time and away from others, whenever possible. The 110B Olin office, which does not require a reservation and has a door that can be closed for increased privacy, is a good place from which to make private calls.
